Sauce & Barrel is a premium restaurant that provides your own little piece of Italy right in the heart of the Kingston since July of 2016.

We provide your typical Italian cuisine including pizzas, salads, soups, sandwiches, burgers, fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks and more.

Sauce and Barrel is known for its sauces and customer service that has customers feeling like they travelled to Italy when they visit our restaurant through a special combination of our menu, ambiance and experience.

Our sauces can change the taste and give personality to any of meals giving multiple experiences and tastes from the same exact meal. Customers just love that.

Q Do you have separate menu items for kids?

Yes we do. There is a separate kids menu that is provided when kids visit the restaurant or via request.

Q Do we need a reservation to eat here?

No you don't. But sometimes the restaurant can get really full, so making a reservation would eliminate the waiting time for seating.

Q Can we order directly from your restaurant online?

Yes you can. Simply visit our website and you will be guided through our menu and simple online order process where you can pay online and have it delivered or pickup at the restaurant.

Q Are there gluten free and vegetarian options available?

Yes there are. Some of our menu items have been specially created gluten-free and completely vegetarian.

Q Can we bring our own cake when celebrating a birthday?

If you bring a whole cake, we can serve it for you in the kitchen as a courtesy. But we do not allow cake slices to be brought in and consumed.

Q Are your wines from Italy?

Most of our wines on the menu are directly from vineyards in Italy, but there are a few local favorites available as well.

I love Italian food and went there to specifically try out their lasagna. Oh my goodness, the lasagna bad is a shame!! It is the best lasagna I have ever had in my life, and I have had lasagna all around the world. Needless to say, I now go there every week to get my done-to-order lasagna. So, of course I now know everyone who works there by name. This is now my favourite restaurant! Go check them out yourself, something may surprise you too.

Sauce and Barrel is a wonderful treat in the business district of New Kingston. The food here is superb and the service is impeccable. A convenient location to the New Kingston Business Centre, Sauce and Barrel is a restaurant with good prices and excellent pizza. If you ever decide to visit this restaurant, I recommend to try the fresh mozzarella, it’s basically a mozzarella stick, but in the form of a cube.
