Q Do You Work with Insurance Companies?

We work with all insurance companies, and in fact, we are a Direct Repair Facility for most insurance companies.

Q How Many Estimates Do I Need?

We work directly with your insurance company to establish an estimate for your vehicle, so you only need one estimate. Getting multiple estimates is generally not advantageous.

Q How Long Will Repairs Take?

This will be dependent on the complexity of the repairs, the availability of parts & materials, your situation and several other factors which vary from one situation to the next. We will provide an estimate of completion with the cost estimate, but this does not include the time it may take for any additional damage repairs found during teardown. In the end, we would rather make sure the job is done right, than done fast.

Q What if I need a rental car, who pays for it?

Depending on your coverage and specific situation, your Insurance Company may provide you with a rental vehicle while yours is undergoing repairs. You need to consult your insurance company as soon as possible to find out.

Top quality collision repair and white glove service. Devon was extremely well organized, results oriented and informative. Not only did Euro Collision finish ahead of time anticipated despite additional damages being noted when the car was opened up, Devon kept us updated throughout the period and provided extra repairs that showed they really care about their customers. Highly recommend Devon for making this experience pleasant. The car looked brand new.

My car was ran into by an ediot taximan whose insurance wasn’t even current. After reporting it to my insurance company they recommended Euro Collision as a dealer-approved repair centre. When I got there, I was blown away by the level of professionalism of all their staff. I felt like I was at one of those big auto repair centers in foreign. But that wasn’t all. When I got my car back I could not tell that it was in an accident at all. I was very impressed, and would recommend them to anyone who values their automobile.
