Q What areas do you provide homes in?

I can provide you with your dream home (or business place) anywhere in Jamaica, but I have somewhat become a specialist for St. Catherine for which I am very familiar. St. Catherine includes popular locations such as Spanish Town, Portmore, Hellshire, Linstead, Ewarton, and Old Harbour.

Q How long does it usually take to find a home?

That depends on a lot of factors including your needs, your taste, your budget, your preferential areas, availability of properties for sale and much more. Generally though, most people take 6 months to 1 year to find and close on a property.

Q How long does it take to close?

That depends on several factors, but usually most properties are closed within 3 months of starting the sales process.

Q How much will my down payment need to be ?

Typically the down payment is 10% unless other arrangements have been agreed on.

Q How much are the agent fees?

Agency/broker fees are usually 3% - 5% of the cost of the property. Note that there are other fees included, such as lawyer fees and closing costs.
