Q Do your rooms have Air Conditioning?

Yes. All our rooms have Air Conditioning included.

Q Are there laundry facilities?

Yes, there are washing machines and dryers available on the premises in the laundry area.

Q Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is only allowed in your room, but not in the common areas of the premises.

Q Do you allow children?

We love kids and children of all ages are more than welcome! We offer several kid-friendly amenities and packages including cribs, high chairs and Pack-n-Plays. For a complete list of our kids products, click here. We ask that you are respectful of your neighbors by not allowing children to run in the units, public areas or make excessive noise.

Q Are pets allowed?

Well-behaved dogs are welcome! Please let us know in advance so we’re prepared to welcome your pooch. Guests are responsible for any damage or disruptions caused by their dog. Due to allergy concerns, no cats.

Q What's the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is from 3 - 7.30 PM. Check-out is from 8 to 11 AM

It was a wonderful hideaway!

We had a fantastic stay in Portmore. It was a wonderful hideaway for my fiance and I to spend some much needed time together. Not only did we enjoy the accommodations (the art, the garden, the peace & quiet) but the neighborhood was great too! Thank you to Lisa and Family. Your hospitality was the icing on the cake to an already awesome experience. We have recommended your place to friends who may need a place for their visitors to stay. And, should we need another hideaway, we will think of the Mission Garden Retreat first!

I live in Portmore, but needed somewhere close by for friends and family from abroad who were her for my wedding. The only place close by that would fit their taste was Mission Garden Retreat, so we forced to try it. When we got there, we were all pleasantly surprised that something like that was actually in Portmore! My friends started to compare it to Iberostar, Sandals, Jewels and some of the big name hotels on the North Coast. Even the restaurant and gardens were up to par. We will definitely be using them again!
